Questions come first — about your colors, your wardrobe, and how a session actually works. We have gathered the ones we hear most, so you know what you are booking before you commit.
If yours is not here, write to us and a real person from the studio will answer, usually the same day.
Open the Services page, pick the package that fits, then choose a date and time. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session from the confirmation email.

Yourself, wearing a clean face if possible. Makeup is welcome — we work around it. If you are booking a wardrobe session, bring five pieces you love and five you never wear.

Our studio is in South Jakarta. The exact address and directions are sent with your booking confirmation, along with parking notes.

Course access is lifetime. You can rewatch lessons, retake the exam, and download your certificate at any time from My Learning.

Yes. The exam can be retaken as often as you like. A score of 70% or higher unlocks your certificate immediately.

Digital courses can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been viewed. Session bookings can be moved, not refunded, within 24 hours of the appointment.

Bank transfer, QRIS, e-wallets, and major cards. All payments are handled securely through our payment partner.

Yes. Choose any package and add the recipient's name at checkout, or contact us and we will prepare a gift card for you.
